2026 UIAA Ice Climbing World Cup & YEG Ice Fest Vendor Application

Event Timing: 26 February - 1 March, 2026


Event Address: Louise McKinney Park, Edmonton (9735 Grierson Hill NW)


Vendor Hours:

  1. Friday, 27 February: 4:00pm - 9:00pm

  2. Saturday, 28 February: 10:00am - 9:00pm

  3. Sunday, 1 March: 10:00am - 5:00pm


2026 Rates:

  • FREE upon application approval

  • Power is available for $50


Set-Up Details:

- Onsite vehicle parking is not permitted (accommodations are made for load-in/out outside of event hours ONLY)

- All exhibitors are require to bring their own tents, tables, chairs and other items for their exhibitor space

- Vendors are required to have and show proof of insurance (minimum $2,000,000 in general liability)

- A Vendor package with additional set up details will be sent upon approval


Payment & Cancellation:

- An invoice for payment for power must be paid prior to set-up

- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to climb@climbyeg.com

- Cancellations after February 16, 2026 may result in a cancellation charge
